About HR by Design

Human Resources by Design was created by Rebecca Weaver after serving in a variety of Human Resource and Management roles over the past 15 years.  With experience working within all sizes of organizations from sole proprietors to international firms, it became clear that there is a true need for expertise and leadership in this area.  Additionally, as someone who has been a truly engaged employee that led a team of engaged employees in her past position, she understands both sides of the employee/employer relationship.  It’s this level of experience and enthusiasm that can help you gain the most from your employees while providing them the best possible workplace culture.

With undergraduate work at George Washington University and the Pennsylvania State University, Rebecca is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.  She is a candidate for PHR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, which she is also a local and national member of.   She is an Alumni of Leadership Franklin County and served on the Board of Directors at several area non-profits such as The Council for the Arts and Habitat for Humanity.
